It is estimated that 60% of the U.S. have basements and 38% run the risk of foundation water damage. Water enters foundation in many forms such as rain, ground water, poor ventilation and more. It typically enters through vulnerable points such as walls, floors, foundation cracks, windows and clogged rain gutters. While this is common, it is not usually treated until larger problems begin to take place. If not addressed, water infiltration can deteriorate the integrity of your structure and lead to significant health issues.

After decades of pipe failures and sewer backups, America’s wastewater infrastructure is deteriorating and experiencing corrosion. Many municipalities are combating this issue by rehabilitating corroded and leaking manholes that intake I/I and damage the overall system. Because manholes can account for up to 30% of unnecessary groundwater, organizations have recognized that rehabilitating manholes are essential to restoring the entire wastewater system.
